today we are in gulf shores Al. We crossed the gulf in 2-3ft waves after we sat in Tarpon Springs for three days waiting for the weather to calm down. The winds were blowing in high seas so the crossing was on hold. After gettin into the pan-handle ( the forgotten coast ) as locals call it, we stopped in Carrabelle. One of our favorite stops. We have our friends with us still so they got to see what the town has to offer, and they got to see the smallest police station in the world, ( phone booth ).

We cruised from there,to Ft. Walton beach. This is another stop we are sure to make as the town offers a free dock for the night. Another favorite.
